Callers can leave a message for your team. There are no reservation-system integrations yet, so Bellhop does not book or change tables itself. Update hours or menus anytime by email.

What is Bellhop?+
Bellhop is an AI phone assistant for restaurants in Belgium.
How does Bellhop handle calls?+
Bellhop answers with a natural voice in Dutch or English, listens to what the caller needs and answers questions about your restaurant. When it cannot answer, it asks whether the caller would like to leave a message for your team. It does not check table availability or book, change or cancel reservations itself.
Does it work with our existing booking system?+
Not yet. No reservation-system integrations have been implemented. Integrations with popular reservation systems are planned, but there is no confirmed vendor list or date yet.
What happens during a rush or after we close?+
That's exactly when Bellhop is at its best. When the floor is full it takes the calls you can't, and when the doors are closed it still answers and callers can leave a message.
How long does setup take?+
There is no fixed setup time yet. We plan setup with each pilot restaurant: we learn your hours and preferred style, then switch Bellhop on.
Is Bellhop secure?+
The privacy notice covers the website, contact requests and waitlist, not the processing of phone calls. We discuss how phone calls are processed and secured with you before you use Bellhop.
What does Bellhop cost?+
