Privacy notice.
This notice explains how Mantix BV processes personal data when you visit Bellhop, send a contact request, or join its early-access waitlist.

1. Who is responsible?

2. Data we process
Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form, we process your name, work email address, and the contents of your message. We use this information only to reply to your request and prepare your onboarding conversation. Records are deleted after 24 months, or earlier on request.
Waitlist and early-access updates
When you request to join the waitlist, we temporarily store your work email address and send a 24-hour confirmation link. Only after you use that link do we record the date, time, and wording version of your consent. We use this information only for Bellhop product and early-access communications.
Optional audience analytics
If you accept analytics, the Umami tracker records aggregate page views, referrer information, browser and operating-system category, device type, and approximate country. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, or persistent cross-site identifiers to Umami.
Technical and security data
Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, request timestamps, and technical logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect the service. The waitlist endpoint temporarily hashes an IP address for rate limiting; that hash is not stored in the waitlist database.
3. Why we process it

4. Storage and retention
- Contact form messages are deleted after 24 months, or earlier when handled or on request.
- Waitlist records are deleted when you unsubscribe or after 24 months, whichever comes first.
- Umami analytics records are retained for no more than 13 months.
- Security and operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting.
- Your browser keeps privacy and waitlist preference values until they expire, you clear them, or you change your choice.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for website and database hosting, Resend to deliver waitlist confirmation emails, and Umami Cloud for optional analytics. They process data on our behalf under their contractual terms. These providers may process data in the EU, United States, or other locations. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable adequacy mechanism or contractual safeguards.
Fonts are hosted by Bellhop itself; visiting the site does not contact Google Fonts. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email maxime@mantix.be. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
7. Changes
We will update this notice when our data practices change and show the new date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting consent will require a new choice.
